EXCHANGE RATE FARMERS (NTP) OCTOBER 2014 DOWN 0.02 PERCENT

In October 2014 NTP South Kalimantan recorded 99.15, down 0.02 percent compared to September 2014. The decrease of NTP NTP is caused index of prices received by farmers (It) increased by 0.05 percent, while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) experienced a larger increase in the amount of 0.07 percent.

Judging from subsektornya, two agricultural sub-sector decreased NTP and three sub-sectors experienced an increase in NTP. Hotikultura subsector fell by 0.36 percent, and smallholder crops subsector fell by 1.50 percent. While the food crops subsector increased by 0.69 percent, Livestock Sub-sector rose by 0.07 percent, and Fishery Sub-sector rose by 1.41 percent.

In October 2014 inflation in rural South Kalimantan by 0.07 percent due to the increase in the index in the subgroup of processed food by 0.37 percent, clothing subgroup rose by 0.31 percent, and the healthcare subgroup rose by 0.86 percent. Meanwhile, a subgroup of foodstuffs fell by 0.11 percent, a subgroup of housing fell by 0.14 percent, a subgroup of education, recreation and sport fell by 0.01 percent, and the subgroups of transport and communication fell by 0.02 percent.

Exchange Enterprises Household Agriculture (NTUP) South Kalimantan in October 2014 amounted to 103.02, down by 0.05 percent compared to the previous month NTUP.

In October 2014, the National, South Sulawesi province increased NTP high of 1.30 percent, whereas South Sumatra province declined highest FTT of 0.91 percent.
