EXCHANGE RATE FARMERS (NTP) JULY 2014 DOWN 0.49 PERCENT

n July 2014 NTP South Kalimantan recorded 99.40, down 0.49 percent compared to June 2014. The decrease of NTP NTP is caused index of prices received by farmers (It) increased by 0.44 percent, while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) experienced a larger increase in the amount of 0.93 percent.

Judging from subsector, two agricultural sub-sector decreased NTP and three sub-sectors experienced an increase in NTP. Food crops subsector fell by 0.90 percent, and smallholder crops subsector fell by 2.33 percent. While Horticultural subsector increased by 1.49 percent NTP, Livestock Sub-sector rose by 0.53 percent, and the fisheries subsector rose by 1.31 percent.

In July 2014 there is inflation in the rural South Kalimantan by 1.18 percent due to the rise in the index in the subgroup of foodstuff by 2.08 percent, housing subgroup rose by 0.19 percent, healthcare subgroup rose by 0.75 percent, a subgroup of education, recreation and sports rose by 1.28 percent, and the subgroups of transport and communication rose by 1.98 percent.

Exchange Enterprises Household Agriculture (NTUP) South Kalimantan in July 2014 amounted to 103.38, up by 0.20 percent over the previous month NTUP.
In July 2014, the National, Bangka Belitung province NTP highest increase of 1.16 percent, whereas the North Sumatra Provincial highest NTP decreased by 1.26 percent.
