EXCHANGE RATE FARMERS (NTP) JUNE 2014 DOWN 0.23 PERCENT

In June 2014 NTP South Kalimantan recorded 99.12, down 0.23 percent compared to May 2014. The decrease of NTP NTP is caused index of prices received by farmers (It) increased by 0.59 percent, while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) experienced a larger increase in the amount of 0.82 percent.

Judging from the subsectors, three sub-sectors of agriculture decreased NTP and two sub-sectors experienced an increase in NTP. Food crops subsector fell 0.31 percent, Horticultural subsector fell by 1.42 per cent, and fisheries subsector fell by 0.38 percent. While plantation crops subsector NTP Folk increased by 0.36 percent and Livestock Sub-sector rose 0.22 percent.

In June 2014 inflation in the rural South Kalimantan by 1.00 percent due to the rise in the index in the subgroup of foodstuff by 1.99 percent, a subgroup of foods, beverages, cigarettes and tobacco rose by 0.39 percent, housing subgroup rose by 0.29 percent, clothing subgroup rose by 0.28 percent, healthcare subgroup rose by 0.09 percent, a subgroup of education, recreation and sports increased by 0.19 percent, and the subgroups of transport and communication rose by 0.32 percent.

Exchange Enterprises Household Agriculture (NTUP) South Kalimantan June 2014 amounted to 103.17, up by 0.23 percent over the previous month NTUP.

In June 2014, the National, Riau Islands Province NTP highest increase of 0.89 percent, Central Kalimantan province on the contrary decreased NTP high of 1.05 percent.
