Banua Lawas Subdistrict in Figures 2024

Banua Lawas District is the administrative area of Tabalong Regency with an area of 150.81 Km2. Banua Lawas District is divided into 15 villages. Banua Lawas Subdistrict is located in the southern part of Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan. The area lies in a lowland region, primarily consisting of rice fields and agricultural land. The subdistrict is traversed by several rivers, which serve as essential water sources for agricultural irrigation. The topography of Banua Lawas is relatively flat, and the soil conditions are highly suitable for agricultural activities, especially rice cultivation.
