Abstract

- The Consumer Tendency Index (ITK) of South Kalimantan in the fourth quarter of 2018 amounted to 105.92. This means that in general the community considers that the economic conditions from the consumer side in the fourth quarter of 2018 were better than the previous quarter.
- The level of consumer optimism in South Kalimantan in quarter IV-2018 increased compared to quarter III-2018 (ITK value for quarter IV-2018 amounted to 105.92 higher than ITK for Quarter III-2018 which showed ITK of 97.76).
- The value of ITK in South Kalimantan in quarter I-2019 is estimated at 98.68. This means that consumers assume that the economic conditions in the first quarter of 2019 are no better than the fourth quarter of 2018.
