October 2015, Tanjung had inflation 0.70 percent

In September 2015, Tanjung had inflation by 0.70% with 122.78 CPI. Among 82 cities who calculate CPI, 38 cities had inflation whereas 44 cities had deflation. The highest inflation occurred in Manado by 1.49% with 123.07 CPI whereas the lowest inflation occurred in Yogyakarta by 0.01% with 119.15 CPI. The highest deflation occurred in Tanuung Pandan by -1.95% with 120.15 CPI whereas the lowest one occurred in Padangsidumpuan by -0.01% with 118.04 CPI.

Inflation was happened because an overall increasing of goods such as: raw food by 2.63%; food, drink, and tobacco by 0.08%; clothing by 0.04%; health by 0.11%; education, recreation, and sport by 0.01%; transportation, communication, and monetary services by 0.01%. Generally, using cumulative yearly calendar 2015 (October 2015 to December 2014), Tanjung had inflation by 5%. On the other hand, using "year on year" inflation, Tanjung had 8.86% inflation.

According to its component, administered goods had inflation by 0.01% in October 2015. Volatile goods had the inflation by 2.51%, and the core component had inflation by 0.17%.
