No. 16 /03/63/Th.XVI, March 1, 2012: DEVELOPMENT OF EXCHANGE RATE FARMERS AND PRODUCER PRICES GABAH MONTH FEBRUARY 2012

In February 2012, Farmer (NTP) South Kalimantan recorded 108.26, down 0.59 percent compared to NTP in January 2011, which reached 108.90. The fall is due to the NTP index of prices received by farmers (It) decreased by 0.07 percent, while the index of prices paid by farmers (Ib) only increased by 0.52 percent.

Judging from subsectors, three sub-sectors of agriculture has increased NTP and two subsectors decreased. NTP rise occurred in Horticulture subsector by 0.39 per cent, at 0:02 percent subsector Livestock and Fisheries subsector of 12:09 percent. The decline occurred in the subsector NTP 0.91 percent Food Crops and Plants smallholder subsector amounted to 1.85 percent

Rising Household Consumption price index by 0.61 per cent rural indicate the countryside due to rising inflation index in the subgroup of foodstuff by 0.77 percent, so the food subgroup of 12:59 per cent, amounting to 0.53 percent of housing subgroups, subgroups of 00:45 percent clothing, health subgroup subgroup of 12:52 percent and transportation and communication rose by 0.11 percent, while the subgroup of Education, Recreation & Sports fell by 0.39 percent.

In February 2012, South Sumatra Province NTP highest increase of 1.13 percent, whereas Central Java province has decreased NTP high of 1.07 percent.
