New Admission for Academic Year 2016/2017 State College of Statistics Jakarta

Institute of Statistics (STIS), which was originally named the Academy of Sciences of Statistics (AIS) is a college official that is managed by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) since 1958. STIS carry out the vision of becoming a quality educational institutions and excel in the field of statistics.
In the academic year 2016/2017, STIS organizes study programs:

    Diploma III (D-III) Statistics
    Diploma IV (D-IV) Statistics
    Diploma IV (D-IV) Computational Statistics

D-III study program applied for 3 years. Graduates of the D-III program STIS claims the title of Associate Expert Statistics (A. Md. Stat.) And will be placed as the District Coordinator of Statistics (KSK) in certain locations in Indonesia (East Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, North Maluku, West Papua, and Papua).
Study Program IV pursued for 4 years. Graduates of study programs IV STIS claims the title of Bachelor of Applied Statistics (S. Tr. Stat.) And will be placed as experts statistics / statistical computing at his office throughout Indonesia.
STIS will receive as many as 100 people for the study program D-III and 400 people for the study program D-IV.

STIS student status is divided into two, namely the Association Office and Task Learning.

    Commitment to work for the government after graduation. Student Association Office is a graduate SMA / MA who after graduating education in STIS was to become the candidate for Civil Servants and subsequently placed in the CPM work units throughout Indonesia until the district / city level. STIS graduates to the status of a bond required to undergo a bond with the CPM in accordance with the placement during the period of education twice in a row.

    During the study period, students are not burdened with the cost of education and the benefits had a bond in accordance with applicable regulations.
